This company is promoted all over Facebook. I ordered merchandise and after a month I never received the merchandise

I purchased the products after reading multiple reviews on social media as well as the website. Many people received the product and it worked well for them. When I received my products, it did not fit as expected so I requested more information about returning or exchanging the product. The merchant suggested I keep the product and they would give me a discount code and money back. I have yet to receive this. The discount code they emailed didn’t work and they never refunded me my money. They told me it would take 7 business days but yet it’s been over 2 months. I have reached out numerous times and they keep sending the same message stating the refund is being processed. I have went to google and see if there are new reviews regarding this company and unfortunately it is and they are saying the same thing. I tried disputing the issue through PayPal but I could not due to 30 days passing.

I ordered a romper style bathing suit. I did not get an order confirmation email or receipt. The order came about 3 weeks after purchase. No invoice, no packing slip no receipt came with the order. The bathing suit had NO tags, did not include the built in bra or the attached swim bottoms as advertised. When I asked for a refund because all of this was suspicious they said they would offer a half refund as a sign of good faith. I said I wanted a full refund. I pointed out how the product I received was not like the one in the picture and videos. The representative stopped responding in the chat.

SHECURVE seems legit but is not. They processed my order, took the money, and never sent a confirmation email or a confirmation tracking number. And when I reached out, they said the order was backlogged and would take another 3-5 days to process. We chatted online since they have no phone number, and they never gave any specific details. They never answered my questions about why I did not receive an email. I asked for a refund and to cancel it, and they said they had to pass the request on to their finance team. I kept pushing, and then they said they sent me an email with the canceled information, but that email never arrived. They have since stopped responding to me. I paid over $100 for my order, and now it's somewhere in China. BEWARE!!!

Advertisement was nice and welcoming. After a few weeks I was curious why I haven’t received my order. That’s when I looked into it further and realized I wasn’t alone and everyone was being scammed.
