I had been see and add for a 15x8 garden shed for several months. On 9/27/19 they were having a "flash sale" it dropped to $75.00. I purchased it with my debit card. Received a confirmation with order number(#1085) & they will let me know when it ships. About a week later I clicked on the confirmation address and got an web address unavailable. So I waited. A month later I called the number, not working. On 11/5/19 I checked my bank account statement. Said was deducted through Paypal. So I contacted them. By 6pm that nigh I got a response that said the 500lb+ garden shed shipped with a tracking number with USPS. I then signed up for alerts. 11/9/19 got text saying it arrived. Post office was closed & Monday 11/11/19 was a holiday so they were closed. Went to get it at post office they said it was delivered. Turned out that tracking number was not attacked to our address as stated in the purchased invoice. The attached it to a 4oz. package to someone on the same street. Now Paypal said I need a letter form USPS saying it was not delivered. USPS wont because it was delivered to the address on the envelope.
