I ordered through a Shein site on Facebook. The confirmation to my email was from Zletore, after my payment was made to them through visa debit. I continually tried to track the parcel (extremely hard to navigate the tracking site). I sent emails to them regarding tracking issues. I got an email finally saying it was delivered to my local post office. I picked up 1 pkg.. i received a cheap ring (costume jewellery) that I didn't order! I notified them immediately via email. They apologized, saying my order was switched with someone elses. They won't send me a replacement order claiming it's too expensive for them to ship, as the items were on a clearance sale. They offered me a deal, I could keep the ring and receive 50% refund. I have declined the offer of course. I told them i would return the ring to wherever they wanted, i just want a full refund, they have not responded.
