Thought I was ordering from Shein, I found on Amazon, I thought? I ordered 3x, never received anything I ordered..."your package was lost" "we'll send refund" out of $125 I received $13 refund and surprisingly, I received a "cracker jack box" ring (child's adjustable) I wouldn't pay $5 for because it's fake! It came with "a letter of authenticity"? It came with no note, no invoice, no company name? I couldn't believe anyone I know would send me a fake ring. So I found an address on outside of box, covered in white plastic, like Amazon. I googled the address. It was a distrabution center in Seattle Washington. I live in Indiana. I called Amazon. The man I spoke to said they didn't want it back. Keep it, throw it away, whatever. Some secret admirer must have sent it? I was tracking my orders and it said delivered the day before, when I got the ring? I had looked at reviews and most were good? But now google "FASHIONESSENTIALS REVIEWS" the third time I ordered off the same website and it was a 3pc set of white luggage. But this time they changed their name and it came out of "Hong Kong" on my chase account. Red flags went off, so I called Chase and I was told to go back on my account and tag the three that was fraudulent. I did. Chase put my money back into my account saying they would take care of it. Two days ago, I received a letter from chase, stating that was NOT their definition of fraud? They took the funds out of my account, today. Told me they couldn't help me?? I've been a faithful customer with them for 30 years! They have helped me in the past. They told me that I "at least" received a ring and $13 and since I DID receive "something", it was no longer fraud?

I just want to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else! I hate thieves! I don't know what is going on? Can you help? There's no ring on the order form! (Below) thank you! ******************** ************ **** **** ** ** ********* ** ***** ********** ******* * ******
