On the 6 of April I made and paid for an order by SHEIN to the total of R1409 ZAR and today on the 20th of April I was billed yet again by Zoetop for the amount of R1409 ZAR

Hello shein , I purchased items from Your company days ago then I received a message from the bank today that says Zoetop is one I made purchases from.
But I never made any purchases with them. The same amount i used to pay my items was the same amount deducted by zoetop business.
I wanna know what is going with my order. How do I get my Money back?What is zoetop business? How come is this possible? I always pay things on shein and I never experienced this . Why now ?
