they were advertised on Facebook and even the reviews said good things about products and customer service. All the products had great descriptions and multiple pictures. I bought a pair of cowboy boots and a pair of riding pants. Never received the pants, and the boots they sent came after 3 months. I reached out to the customer service bc they never sent tracking, amd finally after multiple emails requesting tracking and demanding a refund bc it was taking too long, the boots showed up like a few days after they sent tracking.. I received boots that weren't even the ones I bought and they were costume shoes. Not boots, you would never actually wear what I received to the barn. They looked felt smelled cheap and stunk bad no leather even used they were made out of plastic and fabric. I didnt even take them out of the bag and I immediately emailed the same day to return them. I still haven't received a shipping label ghry keep putting me of with bull sh** responses and are trying to convince me to keep them and receive $15 for the inconvenience! I spent $139.00!

I purchased these jeans. It took almost a month and a half to deliver. They werer too small and they would not exchange them. they took $69.98 from my PayPAL and refused to refund, refund 1/2 or exchange. They wanted to refund me $6. Really? Shejeans.com are the worse.

Ordered a pair of boot cut with American flag on back pocket in March of 2020. I recieved the package in late July, too late to wear for the 4th. Opened package and got flare cut and no american flag on pocket. I have sent several emails and nothing has been rectified from this company. DO NOT BUY!
They asked for pictures and I sent them asap. The response I got was unbelieveable.

I purchased 2 pair of jeans one pair was what I ordered but the second pair was supposed to have Rhinestones on the pockets what I received were plain pocket jeans I have tried and tried to get them to fix their mix up after taking 2 months to even get the product in the first place now I have spent 2 months trying to get their mistake resolved to no avail they are not owing any wrong on their part

Ripped jeans, boot made with vinyl not leather, another pair of jeans sized wrong and not as advertised. This place needs to be banned from selling any goods in America. On that thought I would have never ordered if I knew they were not based in USA as sated.

I TRACKED THIS MORNING TO FIND OUT THEY DELIVERED ON 5/6/2020
I RECEIVED A PKG THAT DAY WITH NO RETURN ADDRESS WITH A PAIR OF 2XL JEANS WITH NO AMERICAN FLAG ON THE POCKET A PAIR OF XS JEANS WITH NOTHING ON THE POCKET AND A PAIR OF BACK DRESS SHORTS! I AM FURIOUS!

Ordered 3 pairs of jeans about 4 - 5 months ago and still waiting , they took my money but no jeans , if you plan on ordering anything from this so-called company , STOP and save your money cuz they'll be happy to take your money but you wont get your order , dont get scammed like i got scammed , i'm just out $100 but that money could've got me 1 pair of jeans from a reliable company , please , don't fall for this scam

I received mine after 2 months. They are not the jeans they show. They practically feel like paper. The extra long is very short and wide. Strong chemicals and look nothing like the pictures . It is a scam, the website no longer exists . I wasted $130. Stay away !

and then has the right to remove e-mails without your permission. I wont do it and keep getting the run around with them
