This company advertises on Facebook and TikTok to scam people to pay for goods they will never receive. In November of 2021 I placed an order. It is now October of 2022 and they claim to have “shipped the order”, but there is no record of the label even being created. Every time I email the response says we shipped it so no refund will be offered. Reviews online show many other customers having same experience.

Shekou uses social media sites to advertised clothing for women. I placed an order on 12/13/21 for roughly $85.00 and paid for expedited shipping. It is now 7/17/2022 and my order never arrived. I have emailed with the company several times, but they just keep sending me a generic reply with a time frame email stating manufacturing time 8 weeks, processing 10 business days, shipping 2 to 25 business days. According to the time frame listed in their emails, I should have received my order in March and roughly around the 21st of the month. If you Google this company now, there are several bad reviews that state my experience as the typical experience with this company. I paid for a product that has never been received. This is a scam company. They should not be allowed to continue to scam people.

This company charged me the full amount of the product but never sent me tracking information on the order. After contact made from me to them about the "missing item" I was given a FAKE tracking number for the item and was told it was on the plane shipping to me for 2 months. I was strung on for a long while until I finally filed a claim and reported them. Have yet to receive my money back or the product.
