I purchased some sweatpants last december for christmas gifts. Nearly a year later after multiple emails and requests for shipping information or a refund, I still have not received products or a refund for this order. This company is a scam, many review sites are stating so. I am not sure how they have been allowed to continue to scam people online and through social media for almost 3 years now. Where is the FTC? Why is this being allowed?

I am now not able to get anyone to return my emails and have still not received my products.
