Scammer posted an add on Craigslist selling a refrigerator. A deposit was paid to the scammer via PayPal with a scheduled delivery confirmed via email and text. Scammer did not deliver the product as agreed. He didn't respond to text or email for the refund.

The scam was reported to Craigslist and PayPal. PayPal denied the dispute and didn't return the money.
