They (Shelby Smith, who was a man) called and congratulated me on my win from Publisher's Clearing House and told me i had won 1 of 35 Certified Checks with an undisclosed amount. if I wanted to claim this check, I would have to call the number given to me and ask for John Chopper and give them my access code, which they also gave me during the call. i could hear dogs barking in the background and started asking more questions. They seemed to get irritated and pushed to end the call.

I did not call the number provided. Nothing has happened yet. I reported this as soon as i got off the phone.
