I bought a figure and had to pay by credit card even though it says on their site that it can be done with PayPal. But you don't get that option. Then I did not receive confirmation of my order. Even though they say you can contact us via WhatsApp, email or chat, you can only fill in a contact form. I have done this four times now and get no response. Of course I did not receive my order. The recipient name on my credit card statement is Heng Shen Yuan Co., LimitHong Kong HKG
