A person calling themselves Shelly Fisher and Shelly Fitzgerald sends constant emails about your attendance or appearance at a supposed conference. She always states that you have responded "favorably".

The goal is to get you to sign up on the fake site and eventually pay for non-existent services.

Here is a sample email:
