I Placed my order on April 8, 2021, received an email confirmation. A few days later (4/22/21) I sent an email requesting a shipping number. I have had several emails back and forth with Lydia from Customer service because the tracking number provided does not show with the shipping company. I have asked several times to cancel the order and the response is just wait 3-5 days. Today is 29 days post order date and the tracking number provided still shows as 'unknown"
