yo compre un Drone por medio de la pagina de internet en una super oferta, pague mil pesos y recibi yn malentincito vacio, les mando correos y me responden que enviaron el producto correcto, en la pagina piden que les mandes un correo para devolverte por e-mail la direccion a donde devuelvas el articulo y asi proporcionarte el reembolso... un bot contesta los correos y jamas te facilita direccion alguna, hasta despues de la fecha indicada en las politicas de devolucion, asi cuando les devuelves el articulo, no ocupan reembolsarte nada por que ya no cumples con sus politicas, asi que pierdes tu dinero, tu tiempo y hasta el articulo que te envian como reemplazo
p.d. eso de enviarte un cable o una pendejada similar es solo para crear el numero de envio que te dan y puedas rastrear un paquete, no lo que ordenaste pero si un paquete

I purchased an item online in December and a MUCH inferior item was received. The item received is available at Amazon for $15.00 not $48.00. Impossible to deal with this company. I recommend you never do business with them.They offered me a 15% discount but WILL NOTprovide information on a refund. I’m now dealing with MasterCard.

ordered a small chainsaw back in december. Arrived and never worked.
Opened a complain in paypal and got refunded after 2 months.
However, in order to be refunded, I had to return the item back, which cost me an additional 30 euro.
Now, the return package has been waiting for them to pick it up in the post office, which they never do. They keep telling me that I should call the delivery and ask them to deliver the package.
I am in Spain and they are in Hongkong. their local post office is 10 minutes walk from their office. And they still claim if they do not receive the package, they will not refund me!
Also they told me that if i was not happy with the (broken) product, i could give it to a friend as a nice gift or a charity!
Never buy from them, I opened a police report against them and will not stop until i have my money back!

In December 20, 2020 I purchased what I believed to be a small chainsaw. I believed I was buying this, because that’s what the ad online said I was buying. Instead I received a simple little chain with a handle on each end.
Hundreds of people I see have been scammed by this company that goes under many other names..
Since December they have since changed their ad and now includes options to either buy the chainsaw or this stupid chain with handles.
When I placed my order for the chainsaw, which in this ad was the only option, I believed I would be receiving the chainsaw. And by the way, they do not have permission to use the “ Stihl “ name.
I am requesting my $35.00 back. I’m pretty sure I won’t get it as with the other thousands of other people have yet to get their money back.

I ordered the AUTOMATIC PASTA MAKING MACHINE. I went to the website before ordering. It clearly showed AUTOMATIC PASTA MAKING MACHINE for $29.95.
What I got was a held held push and squeeze thing. DEFINITELY NOT what I ordered. I have been emailing them for nearly 4 months now and they still won't acknowledge they are falsely advertising! DON"T touch this company.

I ordered mini chain saw and got small chain only. It was clearly written included battery, skin as a full package with black friday sale. When I correspond in regard they saying its accordingly to the order. I asked many times the website they ignoring it as I order through facebook advertisement. Face book should stop these sort of misleading and fraudulent business. Mostly they doing chain saw advertisement at the moment.

This is a total scam. They advertise on Instagram and Facebook. They use bait and switch tactics and trick you into ordering something completely different. They also use a brand name to lure you in but that is actually not the product at all. They claim they are a US owned and operated company but hey are NOT. They also guarantee a 100% money back guarantee the they will NOT honour. Do not order from this company under any circumstances as you will be scammed. I will continue to campaign against these business practices and report them to any and all authorities until they are stopped. I have filed a complaint with the Canadian Advertising Standards and PayPal so far.
