I ordered a desk fan for $22.98 never got the fan was told to be patient and wait for delivery I did this my order was submitted and paid in may I have been very patient I contacted paypal on December 5 the was denied a refund because it was 7 days late I am fighting covid-19 as well

I purchased a Multi-purpose circular mini saw back in 5/18/20 and received an envelope with the 3 circular blades by themselves and nothing else arrived. I reported PayPal and they supposedly were investigating and it all ended in them giving that company the benefit because they sent proof of items being sent. Pay pal did not do nothing else and I lost my money and all credibility in these companies. I sent for the saw in another place thru Paypal and if I get the same problem I am going to raise hell. Oh yeah! Paypal is suppose to be taking care of there customers. This is to be seen now with this coming purchase. Will keep you guys informed.

I purchased a dog sprinkler for $24.98 and after waiting for one a month they finally sent me a plastic tube. Currently I am fighting with PayPal for refund. PayPal is requiring that I file a complaint with a federal agency to continue my claim, but that is difficult with no information about the company. There are so many people that have been scammed by this company, yet PayPal continues to allow them to "sell" their items and use PayPal to take people money. Doesn't that seem odd? like maybe its a joint operation?

I was a victim of bait and switch by this company. I paid with PayPal. PayPal will not refund my money. The seller will not negotiate because I filed a dispute with PayPal. I received an item inconsistent with the item I ordered and paid for! I would not recommend this company !

Ordered a garden stool in May hoping to have it for the season. Received a green canvas bag which could be bought in a Dollar store. Many complaints against this company. They offered me 50% refund i filed claim with PayPal they seem don't care they are in favor with Shenzhen this is scam have to terminate my account with PayPal. They are in connivance.

I ordered 2 electric scissors from Shenzhen for a fantastic price of $42.95. Darn I never received them. I then went to PayPal resolution and we agreed for a 30% refund and they would still send me the scissors. Well pay pal closed the case because of the deal The scissors still did not show up but 2 sets of scissor blades showed up. What's up with that. Now I cannot go back to PayPal for help. What good is it to have the PayPal security.

Don't trust that Shenzhen company. They are stealing money left and right. The are scamming the people and Paypal is helping them. I got scammed by them, paypal doesn't seem to care to really find out about these creeps. Looks too suspicious, hmm.
