Ordered clothing on line. Tracked it and it said it was delivered. Contacted the company at: [email protected] and they said that orders were mixed up and I got a ring instead of the 6 items I ordered. I asked how to return the ring and get my things. They said they could not do that, but I could keep the ring and they would reimburse me 40%. I said that was unacceptable and just wanted the things I ordered or full reimbursement. They then offered 60% and keep the ring. I have kept all the emails back and forth.
