Bad business + poor and inferior product!

I received my order 2 weeks after order date. The day after I received I completed their online return form and followed their return instructions. I did this form 3 times and emailed 2 times. No response and does not honor return policy. I am returning because it's fake and not as advertised. Quality is terrible as well. Fit is off completely.

This is not an American company, the item shipped from China. The quality of the product was terrible and nothing like it was claimed to be. The kind of expectation VS reality. I wouldn't buy this product for $5 from a different website, yet they tricked me into paying $40.
Their claimed return policy is a scam. You have to pay for your own shipping back to China with USPS which costs half of the refund. This company is a scam.

Unfortunately this was one of those Instagram/Tik Tok companies that used a fake US company website to sell their leggings. Everything on the website is false information including the return policy. Sherpa Supply on the website looks like an American company, but once initiating a return, they provided all China address and asked for me to ship back at my own cost. I would accept paying shipping for a US address, but since it had to be shipped back to China, it cost me $17.25! Just for shipping. When I first complained, they offered to let me ship to an address and number in Vancouver, stating it's their main office. When I called to confirm, it was just a random post office and they had no idea about Sherpa Supply or why they'd ask me to ship there. This is the exact message they provided me saying its their main office:

"Our fulfillment office where all returns are processed is in China. While we do not normally accept return transaction in our main office, we are can waive this for you.

Please send the package back to this shipping address:

SHERPA SUPPLY, CO.

Once sent back, please provide us your return receipt and/or tracking no. so we can monitor the shipment for you. The refund action will be initiated once delivery is completed.

This is the 2nd address they gave me after complaining and at this point, I already had sent back the shipment (and paid $17.25). I asked to be refunded this shipping amount and now they are refusing. Clearly because they are getting their product back and now is ignoring my request (when they originally offered to waive this fee). I'm extremely upset that a return fee for ONE PAIR of thin legging should cost $17+. The company is clearly unethical and a scam.
