These people called me trying to collect on a capital one card that doesn't even match any card numbers that exist.. someone named Monica called from a private number asked for an "Amanda Stephens" then called again and asked for me by name .. also called other family members saying they had a litigation against me .. they claimed I had a card for $3400 and would settle for $1500 by Friday... I have no money to give these people ... Then after ten phone calls... They said they would take monthly payments... (Well I was scammed in the past) so I was already uneasy..) so I started researching and calling... Capital One said that this wasnt even a card I had... So these people have all my personal information and we're trying to get me to sign "hello" documents... No thanks ... Like ten red flags ..

Long story short these people are scammers don't give them your money! I have reported them to the authorities..
