Type of a scam Online Purchase
say we needed to pay $1320 for temporary pet insurance ($900) and a ventilated cage rental ($420). It raised questions immediately, but we spoke with a customer service rep from the Main office and they assured us it was 100% refundable upon the puppies delivery and the website checked out at first glance. As of 02/09/2021 we received another email from the company saying we had to pay and additional $1620 for the puppy to cross state lines in Louisville, KY, and the puppy was being held there until this was paid. I immediately called the customer service line and the same gentleman answered the phone. I asked to speak with a manager but was given the run around put on hold etc. I did not pay the $1620 and refuse to pay it due to a lot of my questions being unanswered.
