I was trying to buy a mini-camera. All seemed legitimate until the tracking number they gave me was 'invalid' at the FedEx tracking site. When I questioned it through the messenger on FB, they assured me it was on its way and that FedEx wasn't updated, or some nonsense. They claimed to give me updates, and I have not received any. They told me to contact their support, and still nothing. They respond to messages through Facebook messenger, but only to politely tell you to contact [email protected]... a circle.

Looked them up on trustpilot.com, and now I find out that many others have had the same experience. Do not do business with these people. I demanded a refund and still haven't received an answer.
