what to look for:
1) Scammers will disable live chat and comments to prevent warning other viewers that the channel/video is a scam.
2) video will be live, however you can not buffer video to the beginning.
3) channel will be new, with only one video.
what to do if you find a scam video:
1) report the video to youtube using the report fuction
2) report to google here https://safebrowsing.google.com/safebrowsing/report_phish/?hl=en

4) warn others on social media by putting the scammer on blast
