I purchased a toy for my autistic nephew on this website. The company never sent a confirmation email and immediately charged my card. After 1 week I attempted to contact the company. The phone is answered by an automated service and instructs you to leave a voicemail even if you choose the option to hold for a customer service representative. I left a message. Several days later I received a text message from the supposed company. In the text I was asked what my order was and me email address, like an [censored] I gave to them. I never received the toy or an email update and shockingly (not really) my account was hacked less than 48i hours later!!! A TOTAL SCAM!!!
