I placed an order with this company on 4/22/2020 for 3 face masks. I spend $62.00. I received a confirmation email from them. As of today, I have not received anything from this company. I've tried reaching out a few times and have gotten NO response. The company is called ShieldStars but on my bank account the company is listed as FABFASHION LTD WANCHAI HKG.

Originally ordered an item from Shieldstars.com on April 19, 2020. It is now almost 2 months later and still have not received the item. I contacted the company over a month ago in May and they told me "Your parcel is still in processing now due to high demand, when everything has been done, we will ship your parcel to you soon. Could you please wait for a few days? Best regards, Jesse." This e-mail was suspicious as there was no formal title or contact information for this person who responded. I noticed that there is also no contact information listed on their website. The address listed does not look like a real address. I researched the company and others are saying it is a Chinese company pretending to be based in the US. Unclear if they are scammers or not, but they took my money and I have not received the product I ordered.

I placed an order online with shield star on April 30 , 2020. And I received a confirmation # which is the order # also received a tracking # but it doesn't indicate how it will be sent.Rather it's UPS or USPS or fedex. I sent an email but no response.How do we get our !only back this company has our credit card information and we've been billed for these items. What can we do help us please. Victim! Location 24778

Ordered $89.73 worrh of face masks on April 15th & within a few days received an email stating my package was in Chino California awaiting delivery to USPS. That still hasn't happened. I've emailed them a few times & received replys saying that with the high volume of orders that shipments were delayed but to trust they'd be delivered. Now the tracking order & website "cannot be found". I figured they were being produced overseas & shipping would be delayed but enough is enough. Their ads came through MSN ...

Placed order april 18th 2020 for 2 face mask at a cost of $40.48. Ad stated fast delivery. Today is May 4th 2020. Have sent multiple emails to sites contact, still no response. On top of that I see today now they are calling themselves Siswester.

While searching news on an app, I came across an ad for face mask with ear loops, I placed the order received a email confirmation and then nothing. I went to the website and there is no contact information! No phone number or physical location address! Please shut them down!
