I ordered 2 folding hammock chairs in April 2023. After waiting and tracking them for a month they finally said they were delivered but I did not receive them. I called the post office and they were not there either. I emailed the company many times and was told they were lost in shipping, even though the tracking site said they were delivered. Shigetomi said they would refund me only if I paid the 12.99$ shipping charge. I explained that they took my money and I received nothing. After numerous emails I don’t hear from the company any more and have no refund. I have been scammed!

I ordered two shoe racks from this company several months ago and have been arguing with them ever since I didn't get my money back or get my merchandise, neither have happened
