I googled Shih Tzu puppies and this website came up. Dogs $600 my first red flag. After discussing puppy. They even asked all kinds of questions to me. I paid PayPal but to friends/family my mistake. I did not know this is not covered for dispute. They were to arrange air shipping for $150, second red flag. On the day of shipment multiple delays, third red flag. Then they demanded rental of a special crate $1800-$3000. I told them no. Now they won’t return calls. Very upset.
