I was completely fooled that this company was legit and I waited patiently for the product to be shipped because of the Corona Virus I gave them a pass. Shame on these scam artists, I am sure that they are long gone since day one, they never had the intention of being a legit company. I really had high hopes for this product because of so many reports about it being good but then to find out that these reports were false. Months later after I already paid. My bank won't return my money and it has been over 12 months so VISA won't insure the money or pay back the money after a year. I am going to file a police report Here in my county and in the county, the company it resides just in case they catch the criminals in the future and have the funds on hold to distribute at a later time.

Shine Bathroom took my money but didn't deliver
Finally on January 3rd I decided to cancel the order and wait until their production had caught up to their demand. And then I would re-purchase their product. But their chat support rep Humberto Briseno offered to ship my order right away. So I agreed to not ask for a credit and in return they would contact me within 2-3 business days with my shipment information. I waited 6 days and did not hear back from Shine. This morning I went on their website and via chat bot have asked for a full refund. I tried to call their phone number but it says they do not answer the phone during this holiday season and I should use their live chat option. It is January 8...I no longer consider this the "holiday season." At this time they have had my money for over 8 weeks, with no sign of ever shipping a product.
They charged my credit card but 2 1/2 months later have not shipped a product.

I have made several attempts via email to obtain a shipping label to return the product for a refund. I have called their customer service number and have requested a shipping label to return their product for a refund.
Every time they have replied by offering me a video call to troubleshoot the issue or requests for more specifics as to why I want to return it. I have yet to receive a shipping label to return their product for a refund.
I relied on their 90 money back guarantee when I bought the product to try it.
I would like them to follow through on their policy and provide me with a shipping label so that I can return it for a refund.
