I got two pairs of shoes from them and when they didn’t fit anyone I sent them back at my own cost and asked for a bigger size on one and a credit on the other. I never received either and I’m into them for close to $100 and haven’t received anything and can’t get them to answer my texts. The last one said I would get one pair in 3 weeks. That was two months ago. I sent the shoes back in April and I have the tracking number but they don’t care

I ordered these Lt blue lace up sneakers. I paid a total of $49.15. I finally received my order. Inside was a ugly gray sandals, 2 sizes too big. The only resolution they would give me was a refund of $25. They were very rude when I brought this to their attention..I was very disappointed and dis- satisfied!

I purchased classic denim hop top canvas shoes April 27,2021.Payment through PayPal with my debit card of $46.49.The only contact I have is [email protected] sent me a tracking number UF904447306YP that is invalid. I still haven't received my order since April 27,2021.

I placed an order with this company Shinyet thru Facebook and they charged my bank account on May 4. They supplied me with a tracking number but I am not able to track the purchase. When you try to contact them thru support @ shinyet.com you are unable to. My purchase was $46.49 and a fee of 1.39. I think this company is a scam

I made a purchase from a Facebook ad and I think it’s a scam company. I never received my clothing items even after receiving a shipment email. I received the email on March 20, 2021. The company is Shinyet. I called the phone number on their Facebook page and it belongs to a totally different company and I was told they receive their correspondence all the time and they have tried and tried to contact Shinyet through various channels with no luck and told me it was a scam. Thought you might want to check into it before they scam others. The number listed on their Facebook page is 212-533-4711. Their email address is supposedly [email protected] which I have contacted twice with no response. I will say that as far as I know my personal information hasn’t been compromised by them as I’ve haven’t noticed any suspicious activity. Thank you.
