I was on Craigslist looking for a job when I found an application for a shipping/receiving position at a kids charity. I applied, then about a week later they reached out and told me to write a cover letter, but when they reached out again, it was a completely different company with a man named Mike Hoffman looking to fill a similar position. To accept the position I had to send a picture of my ID, social security, and proof of address. I was told I would receive $3000 the first month, then $750 a week after. I would receive 3 to 5 packages in the mail daily, upload a picture to their website (that has since been taken down) when the package arrived, wait for instructions on whether or not to open the package, if so I would upload another picture of the product (laptop, headphones, expensive shoes), then take the package to fedex with a prepaid shipping label. They would reach out with a different number and email every time.
