I had been scammed by this dog seller on Instagram claiming to have French bulldogs. He said he was shipping him with this courier service . Sent me tracking info said it would be here last night around 1130pm I waited and waited. Then I get a call saying that I need to pay a refundable insurance fee for the pet at 3am because he’s being held by Sacramento animal control and that the fee insured his safe travel to me. Continues to harass me on the phone , hang up, not answer exact location questions. Simple questions then says I need to pay through Zelle or cash app to get him to me.
