Type of a scam Employment
Its all a lie. During your probationary period you'll receive 2-3 packages every 2 weeks and they'll zelle you $25 per package completed. So technically you wont make more than $125 - $150 per month during the 3 month probationary period. After you complete your probationary period you'll receive an email that states, "Your probationary period with our company is going to end. I am delighted to inform you that you have successfully completed this probationary period and your employment will now continue with the organization.
I am pleased to confirm your ongoing employment effective immediately. The terms and conditions of employment set out in your original contract will continue to apply to your ongoing position.
The payroll system will be reset according to your new status of senior employee by the end of your first month of work as a senior employee (in one month from the date of this email). During the next 30 days you will continue receiving "pay per package" payments, which will be then deducted from your first salary of $3,500. You can already submit your expense report, so that we can add reimbursement of your work-related expenses to your first salary.
Your probationary period counts towards your continuous service with the organization. I look forward to working with you over the coming months and years.
