The following is a complete list of what will be required from you. Please go through this carefully, these responsibilities are required, and we will expect you to be familiar with them. Once we have your signed paperwork, your supervisor will contact you to go over some of this in more detail. But we will assume that you have carefully read this entire list, and know what the job is and what we expect from you. Any kind of inconsistency or modification of these duties is not allowed, and will result in disciplinary action or termination.
You are required to be at your address between 10am to 6pm, Monday through Friday. Deliveries can come at any point in the day, but we do try to give you a daily delivery expectation. Sometimes, packages will be delivered outside that window. It's very important that you check your online account every day, track packages and read messages. Some packages will require being picked up at the store or at a post office. We do keep those pick-ups within a 10-mile radius from you.
You will have an individual direct supervisor who will assist you with a hassle-free delivery process. This supervisor will be available for any problems or questions that may arise, either through Messages option in your account or by phone. You need to stay in continuous contact with your supervisor. Do not hesitate to ask them about a process if you are unsure.
When you get any delivery at your address, you will need to sign for it. Our company employs a service team to make sure everything you are signing for is legal, paid for, and totally safe. The majority of packages are retail items like clothing or electronics, and we vet all the companies we work with thoroughly for reliability and integrity.
You are responsible for taking photos of the goods, and uploading those photos in your online account. Make sure not to breach the packaging. Please never unpack the goods.
If for whatever reason you cannot be at your address to receive a package, the carrier will try a few more times to deliver, and if those times are missed as well, it is your responsibility to pick it up from to the postal office.
After you have taken photos, you then need to ship it our customer or to our distribution center. In your company account, you will find prepaid shipping labels which you print out and attach to each box. Take the box to the nearest USPS or FedEx office and ship it on the same day. Many customers are usually consolidating lots of small purchases. In this case you will wait until they have all been delivered, and then repack in one large box.
Attention to detail is key. Make sure you continue following your delivery schedule and staying in contact with your supervisor to receive instructions on time. Keep all receipts for shipping, packaging materials, Internet access, etc., to ensure that the reimbursement process is straightforward.
