ONLINE SELLER. Fast forward, within this time period I continued to contact transition /tracking updates every day. Upon recieving the items I immediately contact the company email, [email protected] to let them know that my whole order was absolutely the wrong size and the quality was not as advertised. Ordinarye emailed me this customer support contact information of [email protected]. I emailed them and told them l would like a refund due to the incorrect sizes and please give me the return information. It took them 2 days to respond. At that time they said I'm sorry for the mix up. Mind it took 2+ weeks to receive this with me constantly requesting updates on arrival and then, it gets here and the whole order is wrong. I was over it at that point. From 10/28- 11/25 almost 30 days and 27 emails to no resolution to date, back and forth with l can do something, to taking to superior to approve, to gifting my order to someone, to a different story every time. Please these folk need to be investigated and shut down. Their business practices and refund policy is a scam. You do not play with people hard earned money and mislead people like this. I loss $67 and I want my refund. They are taking advantage of consumers. Please look into this matter.
