I found her on insta, at first she seemed very sweet and trustworthy but after paying her over 5lakh rupees for my outfits and 48000 for courier she stopped replying to my messages and wouldn't answer my calls. No sign of courier being booked and I've lost all my money. Is there anyway I can take action against her?

Shipra is a big fraud, plz don’t send her money, I am from New York and send her money, she stopped taking my calls after sometime and never sent my address. Plz don’t send money to this B[censored] , she is totally fraud.

I paid a $600 for Indian dresses after got money she started ignoring my call and made excuses I am busy in my sister's wedding. She took 1 month for wedding and I didn't call her in between. When she again didn't give any response, I started again to call her and now after 2 months she sent me picture of my address with my name and said your parcel is on the way and other day your parcel is with New Zealand custom and charge more money that is 700 INR if you want your parcel you have to pay otherwise I will not responsible for your parcel. Then I said give me the tracking number, I will contact the NZ custom. Now she refused to give me the tracking no. And saying you have 2 days, pay your money and get your parcel. Point is she is saying, she is from Gajiabad and the account no. Which she gave me to sent money belongs to Punjab district Karpurthla. ? more aggressive for me after making complaints on her Instagram account. She's still running her page. Only by changing account name. I really wanted to take action about that b[censored]. But how, I don't know. Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thanks

This is a fraud company. I paid 41000 inr and once I paid for no response. Until payment was not done the replies were swift and suddenly no revert especially when I ordered for a wedding event. This is terrible and I really hope these people are nabbed.

I had the same experience !

I spent INR15,600 in April and they took my money, they kept delaying the shipping and eventually blocked me and blocked my friends too.

I ordered a dress in June from an online seller Shipra haute that I was following in Instagram. I paid her online through worldremit for my outfits.she said that it will be ready by time but later on she delayed it. I been asking her when it would be ready and first she was saying because of the covid there's less employees and then there was lockdown in delhi and then she is like there's no shipping company which is open( lie) and many more excuses. And since last week she stopped answering my text or call even though I see her being online.

I started having a doubt about her and then I searched her on Facebook and found that she is a fraud. I wished I had search her before I made that purchase. ?

Now my question is if there's any place that I can file or make a complain or any other action can be taken? Any help would be appreciated.?
