The scammer wanted a quote for a house he purchased. I gave him our first names only. House was locked, so I told him we needed to get in. He said he was diagnosed with Cancer awaiting surgery so he could not meet us. We told him we could not send him an estimate since we could not enter the home. We called the realtor listed on sign and that’s when we knew it was a scam.
