This business was selling clothes and I ordered a pair of specialty pants from them on November 21. We did not realize it was a pre-order until after ordering as this popped up on the site. I reached out to them to go over shipping, and they said that the order would go into a second order of shipments, in a few weeks that the pants were still in production. As Christmas got closer since this was a gift for my son, I reach out again and explain how important it is to get them and the person on the other end of Instagram said that he would look us out and put it in the first pre-order which is getting ready to ship. After that, I heard nothing at all and they continue to post on their website. I reached out one time and somebody answered the message and said that person had been fired due to lying to customers that the pants are still in production they were in stitching. Then started to see more post of them promoting the pants but they were not responding to me. They have not responded to me at all in months , I have wrote them on email Instagram and comments. There are also other people now complaining that they’ve been scammed. I put a dispute with my bank but it was denied because shirt market is saying that they are not refunding the money due to the pants being in production. he continues to promote the pants but has never shipped to anybody. Nobody has received them with the models in his photo. I either want my money back or the pants but it seems this is a total scam. The website does not have a phone number or email just a contact Form to fill out. And they have links to their socials.
