I purchased a $28.94 shirt in Sept. The shirt material quality was very thin and not true to size. I reached out to get a return label a week later in order to process my return. I received an email from Sophia stating their return dept moved from the US to China and shipping costs would be high, which they did not cover. They gave me an option of a gift card or a 20% refund. NOT 20% off the shirt, but 20% of the shirt (minus shipping). So they wanted to give me only $3.99 instead of $19.99. I told them I understood they would not pay for return shipping, but I was not going to accept $3.99. I received multiple emails asking me why I was returning the shirt, which I replied with the same answer. Finally, I insisted on the return address in China, so I could pay the return shipping costs. Now, I received an email that they could not return my shirt since it's past the return policy date. I'm sure it is past the return date, because their customer service agent Sophia kept fu%8ing around with repetitive emails. She never did give me the return address. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This company goes by many names (inc Shirts For Style) but the bottom line - the products are cheaply made, poor materials, incorrect sizing, poor design, terrible manufacturing…the worst customer service…no return policy, no refunds, nothing!
My advise, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered 2 shirts after seeing ad on tiktok. Shirts are like child size and tried to return. No customer support and being ignored. Scammers from china.
Can't return. No response from company

Same experience as others. They want to suck you in to make a purchase and then ignore attempts to return (they "recommend" against trying to exchange items). They send you to contact some other "Premier Trust" company which then ignores you as well. Scammers!

I ordered two shirts from them. Took almost six weeks to receive them. I ordered extra large. They arrived in two small envelops with no label attached to the shirts. Shirts were extra small, couldn't even begin to put one on. Shipping label said they came from Korea. Note attached said no returns 30 days after purchase date. I filed a complaint with my credit card company and they credited me back my purchase. DON'T BUY from them. They're a Fraudulent company.

Terrible. I ordered one shirt and received a completely different one - and it took weeks to arrive. When I attempted to contact them through their two different email addresses, two different times, I never received a response. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They are either a fraud or so poorly run they do not deserve to be in business.

Tried to send back shirts and they wont acknowledge my existence. Sent wrong shirts that took forever to get. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I've been attempting to contact this place through email and calling several advertised phone numbers and have had no luck regarding my returns. Seven shirts need to be returned and I want my money back. These guys don't even give you the time of day, just collect the money and provide you with no response! Why is this permitted with all the reports and reviews pointing out they're intent? I feel my information has been compromised and am stupid for doing this but how would we know any better? It is a well disguised scam

I ordered a total of seven shirts for Christmas presents, and need to return most of them for sizing reasons! The shirts are not that great to begin with and they have not returned my emails nor have I been able to get through their fake phone number to follow up on the returns! I have gotten to the point I am emaailing every day and get back NOTHING! This is one of the worst scams I have ever seen and results in
screwing you out of every dollar spent!
Why are they being allowed to continue doing this with such a terriable history of scamming behavior?

Don't think it's scam. I think they are mostly just incompetent. I ordered two shirts, size medium. They arrived more than a month later, size large. Which is huge so I want to return them and get a refund and have sent an email but no reply yet.

Shirts in Style sent me 1 shirt which was sized correctly and of nice material. On a subsequent order for two shirts they are of crummy material and sized incorrectly. Their e-mail comes up not found and their 800 number is shut off.

After waiting several weeks, the shirt I ordered did arrive. The sleeves are 2 inches too short (it's a large, the shoulders are fine but...) and the fabric is very cheap, thin, and rough (supposed to be corduroy). Email and phone turned out to be useless. This company is a fraud and needs to be prosecuted, shut down and forced to make compensation to all us victims.

I should have known when the checkout page came up and they asked how much I'd like to TIP. A retailer asking for a tip, red flag. I went ahead and placed the order and thank God I only purchased one item because their phone number and email address are bogus. As soon as I foolishly completed the purchase I received 3 text messages from 3 separate phone numbers with links to cancel or confirm the order. I'd never seen a retailer asking, requiring, me to confirm my order within 3 days. I did not follow the link from fear of a phishing attack, which might not matter at this point since they have my address, phone number, and payment info. Paypal is useless to help. This just happened in the last 20 minutes and I've very rarely experienced IMMEDIATE regret followed by panic and rage in such a short period. Not sure how to ensure I'm not phished or scammed in any other way.

I ordered two shirts oct 2 2020 still nothing then I read these reviews and all I gave to say is I got fooled for sure I say we all come together and take action anyone want to team up to shut them down and get our money back email me @robbanksvideosend&gmail.com

I have made purchase & never received a tracking number. Their customer service number is full of [censored]. It's my fault for not checking the reviews before I ordered. It won't happen again.

A sidebar ad on Facebook came up for a shirt I liked the look of so I clicked on it. After reviewing the shirt on their website, I decided not to purchase it but every day I kept getting ad after ad after ad for this same company and finally a shirt came up that I couldn't resist. It's design really captured my eye so I decided to purchase it. The cost was $28.95. After completing the order, for standard shipping it came up $8.95. I thought, that sounds like a lot but decided to go ahead because I really liked the shirt. This was on July 13th, 2020. I wrote to them about a month later asking where my shirt was because they said it would take 15 to 20 days to ship due to a large number of orders and on August 24th, 2020 I received a notice finally that my shirt order was complete and shipped. I was given a tracking number and everything with the USPS. When I clicked on the link 2 weeks later to track the package, much to my surprise, it still showed shipping label created but haven't received the package yet at the USPS location. I wrote to them to please check on the order on September 8th, 2020 and never heard back. I got busy with life and forgot to follow up again until Thursday last week, October 1st, 2020 asking again for information on where my shirt is and mentioned I had written a few weeks before and never heard back from anyone. No reply as of yet so I decided to search on the company and low and behold what did I find, that not only was I scammed, but it seems quite a few other people have fallen victim to this scam site. I have since reported them to Facebook as well as to Google ads since they still pop up almost daily from Google ads. Hopefully, they'll get shut down from advertising and abusing others and I'll eat the $38 dollar loss as life lesson learned. I will try filing a dispute with the credit card company or PayPal, whichever it was I used on Monday.

I ordered 2 shirts almost a month before bilateral mastectomy surgery which I needed a couple of button tops for for awhile afterwards. A few minutes after ordering I saw that the order might not arrive in time (though the order was placed a bit over 3 weeks before the surgery) so I immediately emailed to have the ordered canceled and explained why I was canceling it. I wasn't replied to. I tried to call the phone number on the website but was told that phone number was unavailable. Some weeks after the surgery, when I felt well enough to, I emailed PayPal about what happened and nor were the shirts every shipped. A few day later I received an email that the shirts had just been shipped (that was around 6 weeks after the surgery). When the shirts arrived I put 'Return To Sender) on the package and mailed it. The case I opened with PayPal PayPal closed, saying I hadn't opened it by certain date though it was still before that date and wasn't even close to that date. I was never refunded for the shirts.

I wish I would have looked for reviewed before making my purchase of 118.91 July 18, 2020.

payment was made through paypal and they just as bad. I attempted refund through their resolve claims and received this message: on Sept. 4th. The case you opened regarding the payment to [email protected] was automatically closed because you didn't escalate it before September 13, 2020. Once a case has been closed, it can't be reopened or escalated to a PayPal claim. Wow. they closed the case before September 13, on the 4th.
