I have just got a Dior scarf in the post which i do not and would not have ordered, i have no idea how i have got it, what is this site and how did i get it, can anyone help please

I ordered Brooks running shoes, received fake Ray Ban sunglasses. Keep getting told I can have 50% refund and kerp the rubbish or send them back and once received will get 100% refund.
Has anyone actually received a 50%refund or even a full refund?

I ordered step 2 childs playhouse and toddler desk for $88.18. I got a cheap pair of sunglasses after keeping track of the tracking number. Then he tells me there are no more left and to just keep the sun glasses. He keeps changing his email now so I can't get in touch with him.. I went back and forth with his promises that never happened.
I have totally been scammed.

Ordered a Step2 Childs picnic table and when the package arrived it was a pair of socks. I tried calling the number listed on the front of the package but the recording said "we are sorry your call did not go through, will you please try again." Phone number 8615622326174. I also tried to email them to the email that was provided in my confirmation email ([email protected]) but never got a response. They said this was customer service. So, I'm out a table and my money. I hope this helps.

So my order was a inflatable boat and I received a fake Dior scarf 27/04/2021 in UK , I can't believe it...really... and it was a valid transaction but with a fake company.

I am usually so careful but saw an ad on Facebook for Hoka hiking and running shoes. Prices were too good to be true so should have stayed away...but placed an order. Had emails saying my order was on its way. Then I get a Dior scarf which I didnt order with a sales memo dated 02/09/2020 stating its 6,000 HKD. Thats about £560! So, am pretty worried. The address is same as others above have said Shishai Shunde 02 Jinxiu Road, Daliang, Foshan, GuangDong 528000. On the sales memo there is a number CU9559980 1201976819449 . After looking all this up on Google I have pretty much resigned myself to the fact I have been scammed. I will contact Virgin tomorrow to see if they can advise. Hope it isn't too arduous. An email stating what was being sent. I know it may be hard to cross reference my order with order that arrived but thank you to everyone else this has happened to, it may help us all in long run.

Bought two handbags after a month received a pair of sunglasses.

I ordered two pairs of trousers from a site purporting to be an outlet of Cos. They were using an exact copy of the Cos website and advertising the items at the same price as Cos. (Clever not to raise suspicions)
Email came back confirming my order, but which was written in such a way that it raised my suspicions. Enquiries with the real Cos confirmed that it was a scam.
The company was called Bigega.com. Cos took the details and said their fraud team would investigate. The Bigega site has now been taken down
I am guessing that Cos sorted that out.
I have today finally received a package which contained a fake Dior scarf supposedly worth 6000 Hong Kong dollars. It came from Shishai, Shunde 02 Jinxiu Road, Daliang, Foshan, Guang Dong 528000 China.
I have reported it to my bank. The reasons for the delays, tracking info. etc. Is purely for delaying tactics. You have to wait 15 days from the date they take your money before the bank will take action if you do not receive anything. If you receive something, and it is not what you ordered, you then have to wait a further 15 days before the bank can do anything. All very cleverly engineered. So do contact you bank and ask them for advice on what to do. The Halifax have been very helpful.

Ordered a 10 foot inflatable paddle board and paid additional £10 for shipping and received a pair of fake Ray-Ban sun glasses instead. Credit card payment transaction had a glitch stating payment was denied but I immediately sent an email to customer service email provided and got a response stating that their system had a fault but that they had received payment and would confirm tracking number in due course. A further email came through next day with the tracking number so I was duped into thinking all was okay.

The same. Instead of Zamberlan men's tracking boots I got last Friday fake RayBan sunglasses I have never ordered. The web site is like official site of Zamberlan. You can visit and buy anything and you will get nothing. Site: http://wareroomshow.com . I've contacted official Zamberlan so the issue is placed on investigation for police and respective authorities. I"ve recalled the payment for what my card was debited. We don’t recall ordering anything from this brand. The only thing I can remember is ordering a pair of Hugo Boss men’s boots and a pair of Desigual jeans (which we have never received) from some fake suppliers. Today we got a pair of so cold “ray ban” sunglasses...from Shishai. As I said before, we have never ordered anything from them and never ordered sunglasses from anybody, ever. I don’t understand how the credit card companies do pay to this fake sites.

Looks like I too have been scammed - ordered a pair of Puma sneakers and instead received a pair of fake Raybans - will be getting American Express to pursue them now. Surely there is something else we can do, any ideas?
