I purchased 2 wreaths from this company on 8/30/2021 - the first one arrived in late September and was a piece of garbage, no resemblance at all to what I ordered. Their return policy states items may be returned for full refund if they are undamaged and in the original packing - the wreath met their return requirements. I contacted them by email, told them I was not happy with the wreath as it was not what I ordered, cancelled the remainder of the order, and requested their return address and my full refund. I have gone back and forth with this company for over 4 months, continually asking where to return the unwanted wreath (I planned to pay the shipping as I thought that was fair), and reiterating that I expected my full refund of $69.98 after they received the return. They have refused to provide a return address. On 11/25/2021, they sent me an email offering 10% of my total paid - I declined and said I still waned to return the wreath and get my entire refund of $69.98. On 11/28/2021, they wanted me to settle for 15% of what I had paid - again I refused and requested the return address and my full refund. Today (1/5/2022) I received the following statement via email, "According to our regulations, you have signed the order for more than 20 days, and we cannot confirm the cause of the product quality problem, so we cannot give you a refund. Please understand that if there is a problem with the received product, you must inform us as soon as possible.". Of course, I had informed them straightaway - this is obviously a scam. I have also reported this to the Federal Trade Commission and Paypal. I will probably not be able to retrieve my $69.98, but this is blatant dishonesty, and these people need to be stopped. I am enclosing a picture of the wreath I received - I also tried to attach a copy of the original order that included pictures of the wreaths I expected to receive, but it must be too large as it won't attach to this form. I can send it separately if you like.
