I purchased a att prepaid card from ruler food on bellfountaine Rd and paid cash for it and I had attempted to go to the store to reqeast a refund 2 times and they wouldn't give me my money back so I called the att headquarters to get a recording of the confirmation of the representative saying it was a scam
