Owner of SSH LLC is using his LLC to create fake/price gouging invoices for his employer’s rental tenants. The owner of the LLC, Shabbir works for a rental company. Rental company needs a wall painted, etc. He uses his LLC to create an invoice, price gouging, and using that as a receipt for keeping tenants deposits. He is then pocketing/keeping the increased amount he is charging for. Another example, Shabbir’s employer needed a yard mowed, the mower charged $45. Shabbir turned around and made an invoice using his LLC for $75 and tells tenant mowing cost $75. He is keeping the additional $30 for personal use. He is keeping tenants deposits by doing this when they should be receiving more money back, but instead he is pocketing it.
