I order a dress from this company on may I'm still waiting I call they said my address was incomplete so I send the adress again and I'm still waiting I contact them to return my money and they been ignoring my email

So they are only stilling money I thought I buy something and they never send it and they don't want to give me my money back neither I order the dress on May their company is on Ontario. I live on Fontana is like 19 minutes away well at least that's whatbthier website said
