Tracking website would be up and then disappear, emailed customer support and provided tracking info, was able to track again, coming from China.
Followed until July 22 when it noted in was in my city and delivered, was not received. Emailed again and checked all post offices in my surrounding area. No deliveries and no stolen packages.
Emailed customer support, no official help and no replies.
