I used a Google search to look for some On Cloud running shoes and found the website had the shoes at a somewhat lower price than others sites (not dramatically lower) so went to the site and found the shoes and size I needed. Placed the order by credit card, with my shipping info. Upon order submission, I did not get an order confirmation page or any email at all. I checked my credit card and was charged the amount of 69.58 as expected, by the charge was by KITCHENEXPLOREMEGAMARK 855-6265069 NC. I froze my card immediately. This charge eventually posted and I called the phone number on the merchant charge and they were able to verify my phone and email and then pull up my name. The clerk said that I didn't read the terms and conditions and that what I had "purchased" was really a "chance to win" the shoes in which I thought I was purchasing outright. So, I have disputed the charge with my credit card company and thought to report to BBB.
