This company advertises discounted name brand shoes, easy returns, quality product. What arrived was obvious counterfeit shoes in the advertised brand box but with different coloring and packaging than the brand actually uses. The “return” was impossible. Offered multiple “options” to keep the shoes up to 50% refund even though I made clear I didn’t want the shoes and only wanted a full refund. Eventually they gave me a return address, which was in Vietnam, and at the post office I was told I could only receive tracking to customs. So it’s been over a month since I mailed them, the company, who originally was prompt with email communication, is now claiming they haven’t received my shoes and stopped responding to my emails. No phone number is listed so I’m unable to contact them further.
