Shoezona is an online customization shoe store. I ordered 1 pair of custom shoes on June 21, 2023. And, as of August 24, 2023 no items were shipped, no tracking was updated or sent. I made a purchase through her online website. As, I sent numerous emails and messages through a social media messenger platform. I was ignored and never got a response form her. A final email was sent to her expressing my request to cancel the order, since I have not heard from her or the status of my shipping. I filed a formal dispute through the payment system I used and I am still currently waiting for a refund of $240. On social media there is now several other victims with the same stories as mine. Ignored emails, scammed out of hundreds of dollars and no communications from her at all.
