İ found shoopati on Instagram and i purchased Migraine cap for $30 and they got its price but I didn’t receive anything and i tried to track the product it shows as “this product doesn’t exist” and i tried to reach them back and write to them but with no answer.

I found this company on instagram. Purchased a furapper but the website charged me twice. I received two items but they were useless. I wanted to return both items and get a full refund. So, I followed the directions on their website, stating to either email or call them. I emailed twice asking for a return but no reply. I called the number list on their website and that number is out of order. I have no way of getting my money back and I am suck with 2 useless items. This company is a scam!

I want to report exactly the same shamefull scam! In my case, you can see that the parcel arived in my country but no name of the delivey service. It has allegedly been in my country for 7days now but no one contacted me. I've send 4 emails to Shoopati, got 3 BS answers to check in my local postoffice (without the name of delivery service). I'm afraid the money is gone. I've also seen one of the pages I'm following on IG promoting it.

I saw this item advertised on pinterest and then someone on Instagram from my contacts promoted it so I trusted it. It was a hoverball. I ordered November 8th 2021 and no item yet. No refund and no response. The tracking info is invalid.
