I did not receive the items I ordered from the Shooptional website. They say "There is a little difference between ads and the real product. We don't have the totally same product." This is not noted on the website. To resolve my issue on three occasions they offered 10%, then 20%, and 30% refund, and I keep the merchandise. What I have is not what I ordered, and I don't want it. The quality of the merchandise is very poor. I was led to believe I was purchasing human hair wigs with lace fronts. What they sent me is garbage. They request I assume shipping to them, from me. Shipping will cost me $66.65; the of my order was only $52.38. This is ridiculous. In researching this company, I have found that other people are having the same issue as I am having. I found Youtube videos, postings on Facebook, and other information on a goggle search. I do have a pending dispute of this matter with PayPal. I am not feeling I will make any progress with PayPal. First thing they requested I do was ship the merchandise back to the company. This is one of my main issues with this company. They sent me things I did not order from their website; I did not get what they advertised on their website, and I will have to pay $66.65 for shipping my return to them to get a full refund is not right. I will never do business with this company again and will let it be known that this company is very fraudulent. Attached is pictures that I advertised on their website, and the actual wigs I ordered.

Hi these people claim to be selling human hair wigs for 19.88 plus 9.99 shipping and handling i placed an order last Wednesday and have yet to hear about my order so once i emailed them because there is no contact number about a refund no one has yet to respond to me nor have i received the merchandise/ refund
