Went on a reputable site, known as Stag and Hen to book events for a bachelorette trip. This companies party buses was listed and “things to do.” Clicked on link to website and booked through the scammer website. They sent confirmation email and also checked in day of to make sure the booking was still on. We were given a location in coordinates. The location we were told to meet ended up not having anyone there. After looking at the companies website again it says publicly to meet in front of a certain store and has address listed. We then go there…still no party bus. During this period we tried contacting the company multiple times..no answer. We never heard from them and ended up being stranded in a parking lot. After doing a bit of digging on the company..I found a couple of odds characteristics: the website address and business name are different, the links on the website do not work, the email that was sent was through an automated software, and the pictures on the website seem to be from another business page, and found a few articles alluding to the fact they are a scam.
