I saw an ad on Instagram for custom name and initial necklaces. I’ve purchased from Instagram ads before with no problems. However, I purchased 4 necklaces from shop fascina and never received them. The order was confirmed, money taken but no item was ever shipped. When attempting to contact about the order, I never received an reply to my various emails. Email was the only contact information provided. Now their Instagram page and website is no longer up. It’s like they disappeared after taking my money. They have my money, name, card information, and address! The definition of a scam!
