Company was promoting availability of Sony Playstation 5 consoles as being in stock with plenty of inventory. My son (15 years old) bought one for over $600 (above retail value). Many comments showed up on their instagram page to the advertisements questioning the legitimacy. Several reached out to me directly saying they never received their orders and indeed I tried to contact them multiple times with no luck. Occasionally, they would respond to comments saying high volume and cancellations caused them to be backlogged. Through Facebook messenger, when I would send them a note as well as emails, there would be an instant automated reply asking for patience. This went on for days. The money was charged instantly, and no product was ever shipped even though they continued to promote inventory and quick shipping. The company goes by the name ShopJudah.com and also Judahgamez.com. I filed a payment dispute with my bank and reported them to Instagram and Facebook as a scam.
